Our company has over 30 years experience in the Predictive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring Fields.

Vibration monitoring is the technology of choice, for rolling element bearings, gearboxes compressors, pumps and most other types of industrial equipment including motors. Both bearing condition and root problems (balance, alignment, soft foot, mechanical looseness, gear mesh, etc.) can be assessed and monitored through the vibrations that they make. We have the ability to collect this data and diagnose the problem and the potential for future problems. Through the results of the data collected, we will produce a written report upon request with an explanation of the symptoms, our interpretation of the problems, our assessment of the severity and a recommended course of action. We collect comprehensive data in order to make the most accurate diagnosis possible and minimize the need for further investigative trips.

If you are interested in diagnosing your own machines, we also have the ability to turn over a fully functional program to you. We have built successful in-house Condition Monitoring programs for several large companies and our track record speaks for itself. This seamless transition includes training for your people based on many years experience with proven methods and monitoring techniques. Finally, we can supplement your vibration program with other technologies and services as required – ultrasound, field balancing, in-depth field analysis and laser alignments.
